The July 1st meeting will be at the Family Life Center across the street.
Richie needs your help! The workday for his Eagle project is Saturday, June 29th from 9a to 12p.
The work takes place in the Springfield neighborhood. This is the neighborhood his great-grandparents moved to from Lebanon and raised his grandmother along with her four siblings. They owned a store in this area called “Deb’s Store.” As a tribute to them, the work crew will place reflectors on the streets they once walked.
Placing street reflectors next to fire hydrants is needed for firefighters to spot the hydrants in an emergency, especially in neighborhoods with many old, wood-framed homes.
While this is a simple project, it requires multiple positions for each crew. Each crew needs an adult to keep Scouts safe, a traffic controller, a cleaner/placer and an adult driver (about 3-4 people for each vehicle). The more people who help, the faster the project will go. Any and all help from Scouts, parents, family and friends is greatly appreciated! Water and snacks are provided.
Please RSVP to Richie via email or phone 904-363-0141. He will follow up with details as the workday approaches.

Troop 110 is NOT hosting a Parent Meeting on Sept. 29th.
You may have received an email announcing a Parent Meeting. The email was an error from another troop. They accidentally sent the agenda of their Parent Meeting to the wrong distribution list – some of us in Troop 110 are on that list.
However, the email did inspire Mr. Walsh to consider hosting a Parent Meeting for Troop 110. The possibility and specifics of our own Parent Meeting are being sorted out now. Stay tuned and we will let you know what comes of it…
