Shedule Change for Camp Blanding
Dec 10th, 2009 by Troop 110

The troop will camp Friday night only and return to COOS late-afternoon on Saturday.

Anticipated weather on Saturday afternoon may cause the obstacle course and repelling tower to close.  This will adversely affect a number of our goals for the weekend.

A number of scouts need nights of camping for advancement.  By staying just Friday night helps this cause.   On Saturday we can still get some other requirements completed before returning to COOS.

The Camp Blanding camping trip has been postponed.

The questionable weather will keep campers off the climbing tower and off a good portion of the training facilities. Summer Camp Update
Jul 29th, 2009 by Troop 110

Mr. Walsh reports that all is well at Raven Knob.  The food is plentiful and properly prepared.  The entire camp is well cared for and all facilities are nice.  The boy’s are working dilligently on all their merit badges and things seem go be going as planned.  There was a day of rain on Wednesday but it cleared up in the afternoon.  All the tents were dry on the inside and everyone is in good spirits.

You can drop an email to your scout using the “click here” link below.

LINK REMOVED AFTER EVENT

Please Note:
The emails are printed and distributed to the campers the next day.  They are not intended for emergency communication and occasionally the system goes down.
