The DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY put together a unique camping package called Daytona Days to help kick off 100 Years of Scouting.
We need to know who is interested. Daytona Days is January 8-10, 2010. Note: This conflicts with OA Fellowship and the troop originally planned to attend Camporee the following weekend. We just need to see who might consider this as a swap or an addition to Camporee.
For all the details download the Daytona Days Flyer HERE. Then, fill out the form below.
Monday, December, 14th is Troop 110’s “Winter Court of Honor.” We gather as an entire troop to recognize awards, rank advancements and Merit Badges the scouts have recently earned. As usual other important information is also passed along to parents.
This COH is a dessert so every family brings a dessert to share and the whole troop is the service patrol.
What to Expect
The troop will camp Friday night only and return to COOS late-afternoon on Saturday.
Anticipated weather on Saturday afternoon may cause the obstacle course and repelling tower to close. This will adversely affect a number of our goals for the weekend.
A number of scouts need nights of camping for advancement. By staying just Friday night helps this cause. On Saturday we can still get some other requirements completed before returning to COOS.
Attention all Troop 110 Scouts!
It is time to start selling our holiday poinsettias. We have unique access to fantastic florist-grade flowers that past customers rave about year after year. Our color choices are incredible. The blooms on these plants will blow you away.
Tell your customers Troop 110 is keeping our prices the same as last year. This is a nice bonus in light of the tight economy.
REMEMBER to check with your church and school office ASAP. Churches, offices and businesses your families know will want these beautiful flowers to decorate their facilities… doctors offices, dentist offices, law offices, real estate offices, banks, etc…
Download your Order Form today CLICK HERE – Get out and sell these gorgeous flowers. Fill up one form then print another and do it again and again… Who knows, if you sell enough your summer camp will be FREE in 2010. Or, the troop can take a really cool trip somewhere. Or, get some nice new equipment.
