He also paid tribute to the 2008 Class of Eagle Scouts at the Rotary Club of Jacksonville Eagle Scout Luncheon on Monday. The Chief’s presence and the excitement of the newsworthy accomplishments of Boy Scouts of America, The North Florida Council spawned additional media coverage throughout the week.
